I have multiple ways that lead into meditation states with slightly different effects/feels. as below - kabalabati leads to kriyas and bliss states while chanting seed mantras leads to heart opening feeling
all is ok, in personal practice how do I choose? If all states are neither desirable or un desirable what is my guide? |

Do both. Kapalabhati is supposed to purify as generic Kriyas do. Then when that passes do your mantras. Your guide is to accept what happens and yet consult me for guidance to clarify that your inner and our teachers are in alignment. Spirit is to be developed by stages not merely states of awareness. Within each stage there are many states. Namaste
