Kundalini shaktipat

Dear all lovely deciples,

i am here to wrote something that is never thought.

every one taking yoga and asana as a excercise and treating it like the same.

many of the people had achieved good healtha and many will achieve the same in future also.

but we are doing yoga with the external side so that when we do yoga we find good and when we stop and get habituted withthat then we will get bored with the same.

kundalini shaktipat is the basic blessing that a deciple can attain after a god, nature, jesus will give him permission then only he can come in touch with the guru who can bless shaktipat. it is a process that by which everything will changes. u and ur thinking will change. not because of reading and mind correction but because of Prana energy correction by the blessing of shaktipat.


i am here to tell you that external yoga is the first step to yoga and then there will be a internal yoga that is called a sadhana and meditation. there are many masters available with us to get the knowledge od external yoga butinternal yoga is the thing that there are masters available but you have to find him. it is like a finding a niddle in the garden of grass which is practically impossible. still people are getting the same master because their last birth's pinakle and will get that. for example right now this will not read by those who does not have a grace of god. but only those people will read it who have the grace of god. also after that he will go to site Meditation, Meditation Techniques, Kundalini Yoga, Prana Healing, Kirlian Photography, Mantra Yoga, Relaxation Techniques, Kundalini Shaktipat, Advance Yoga, Meditation Retreats - Siddhyog Meditation. if he have a permission to attain shaktipat. once will visit site then the master will decide that to bless by shaktipat or not.

basic thing is that this will be the best thing in the world and with experience. u will never find a guru with the shaktipat blessing. every one will speak but will not experience it.

Who says that external and internal Yoga is seperated.
Allthough lots of yoga schools are teaching hatha Yoga as a kind of deluxe gymnastiks it is not allways like this.
The hatha Yoga Pradipika says ,, The one practising hatha yoga without the knowledge of raja Yoga is waisting his time."
In his commentary of the Yoga Sutras Swami Veenkatesananda is pointing out clearly that all aspects of yoga are one, are connected.

Dear Siddyogi,

Also remember, you don't find a master or guru, usually they find you when you are ready to receive their darshan, shaktipat, teaching etc.

I think whoever comes on one's lifepath is bound to happen at that particular time. When we are ready to understand and take in the spiritual knowledge, it will come to us in millions form, may be a teacher, a friend, a priest, a miracle and there would be a right connection that would make a person feel good inside and outside.

I always believe that there is a superior power guiding us. I have been doing mantra yoga for years when one night during my meditation i saw God in a human form coming to me. He appeared to me like a spirit in a cloudy atmosphere and instantly i have felt like transform in a world of happiness and peace.
I don't know if he's been visiting me but i have felt there was something very powerful that has happened.
When i opened my eyes, it was like i had travelled so far.

I started yoga as exercise with basically only physical benefitsin mind. I just never gave the spiritual aspect a thought. Then I started Kundlaini Yoga and the spirituality just snuck up on me. The meditations I onced rolled my eyes at, I started to look forward to (I do Ana Brett & Ravi Sings DVDs). Now I do the meditations even longer then the time given. I can't get enough. I had some door opened somehow and now I crave spirit! I approach all yoga differently now and have no interest in ones that don't include at least some spiritual aspect.
Still, I do not believe in Gurus. Life is your guru. Yoga can elevate your consciousness so you can then become your own guru.
