what kind of breaths are there?I dont know which breaths give the brain the most oxygen and whihc breaths are best for running faster or which breaths are best for feeling like im flying.

these are some of the many things i want to learn on my billion year voyage to god.

the best and safest is called sama vritta ujjaye pranayama. It is simply breathing in and out in an even ratio with pauses in between the motions. The inhale is to move down the torso gently filling abdomen from top to bottom and the exhale is to move up from lower abdomen. With practice this will both clear out any obstructions and enhance your prana. devotion helps too. namaste mukunda
