Hi guys ,
Theses days, i got me asking where the feelings came from ...... for me the most of than, whether not all of than, come from ego, but i´m a little bit lost about it ... If we think this way, a romantic love for example, becomes a kind of trap in the way of self, and others like a compassion could be not real ...... could they comes from soul ? what you think about ?? Thanks guys .... |

I'm reasonably sure that feelings come from all of you as a person. There's a physiological component, there's learned societal norms, there's the spirit that moves all of us, and our native soul that responds to it. . .
What sort of distinction are you looking for when you wonder if a feeling is 'real'? That'll tell you a lot about your current questions. |

Feelings come from the heart. Anahata chakra.
Thoughts come from the mind. Will comes from Manipura chakra. But this is yet simplistic. There are no thoughts we don't relate emotionally, and our will is also included. Romantic love is a great thing, greater than we, humans make it to be. Romantic love is the fire of Life. Chapter 8 from The Song of Solomon 6. Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame.**** 7. Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned. **** My hungarian version of the Bible transleted by Karoli, in the XVIII-th century form latin, differs here, as it says something like the following: instead of: which has a most vehement flame it says: it's flames are the flames of The Lord There is probably a good reason for this change yet I do not know it as I am not a theologist, still I always liked the hungarian version better. Compare this to the passage of The New Covenant where Jesus says: I am that birght evening star, and with that of Revelations, I and I'll give him the morning star. Identify that star as the planet Venus, Venus, the godess of love in roman mythology (Aphrodite in greek, Isis for the egiptians, ... perhaps someone will continue with the hindu figure (godess)) Anyway, I think romantic love is sacred, and it is more than just a relation between male and female, it is the promise of the original unity. But do not jump to conclusions. What seems fitting, and perfect to our minds most of the time it's still far from the truth.

This is my take on feelings and emotions
say someone hits your dog, you feel sad. THen the mind may kick in and start saying why did they do that, they were driving too fast, they should have watched what they were doing and now you start getting emotional and think you feel angry. Now the anger takes control and it is what has to be dealt with while being sad takes a back seat. In our socioty we supress our feelings and live on our emotions. IMO emotions cover up our true feelings. I am trying to be at one with my feelings and let my emotions go. This way i can realize who i am. just my thoughts we are one in the same brother neil
