Acceptance
when driving today, pick a lane and stay only in that lane, you may notice other lanes speed up or slow down. just choose one lane, your choice, and accept what happens

Can yoga really bring about complete emotional healing. Since practicing I am definitely calmer and most of the time better and dealing with things, not always. but I am really working towards clearing deep stuff that I have been trying to clear since I was a child. I feel like I am nearly but still waiting for that breakthrough anything I can do to hurry that up?

Anything you can do to hurry it up? ANYTHING. Anything in your grasp. Yoga and meditation help to calm me but when I am angry or emotional the only thing that I have found to help is keeping a journal and practicing a kind of "free flow" poetry that describes how I am feeling as close to the quick as possible. Eliminate confusion from your life as much as possible and save your mental energy for this. I know "honesty is the most important thing" can sound trite if you've heard it a lot before (especially from dishonest people) but it really is. More and more I find that this is the most important thing, and one of the hardest, any of us have to do. It's the most essential though if we really want to understand what is going on in the world. |

you hurry it up when you dont hurry
using force brings resistence increase the amount of relaxation in your practice, and by that I dont mean more corpse pose unless that is what you need. If you are pressed for time in your practice, then wake up earlier so you are not so pressed for time and can relax more knowing you have more time. Does not mean you have to do 2 hours. If your routine is 30 minutes, leaving yourself one hour to wake up, shower, routine, eat will leave you pressed for time. The only way I know of for me that lets it hurry up? slow it down
