Wow! That’s great.

Are you visiting an Ashram & if so which one.

My dream is to spend some time at Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi Ashram at Arunachala.

I am sure you will have a great time.
Please share your experiences when you return.
Love,
Fin

Nichole,
How very exciting for your. Traveling is such a wonderful experience regardless of how near or far you are traveling, but India sounds like a wonderful journey.
Enjoy!

Thank you for the kind wishes for our adventure. I will doing some study at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and I will also do some Ayurvedic study too, though I haven't picked the place yet. I don't usually care to stay specifically in ashrams when I travel because it puts me too much with other non-nationals and I love to being with the Indian people, riding the locals' buses, buying my own food, etc. For me, catching glimpses of my-Self has been more possible during travel than from hours of practice. It is hard-going and it shakes me up--I have had brilliant moments of seeing my ego as not my-Self. India ripens my heart. See, I begin to swoon over her

We fly into Dehli and then out of Mumbai in January. We are going north immediately, and into Lahdak and Kashmir. I not sure then...we let it ride usually. We are hoping to get into Pakistan briefly too, though we've heard visas for Americans is becoming tough to get--I am not sure if this is the true though.

I am going to look into the place that you mentioned Fin. Thanks for that

WOW! how Great!

the heart lives off the energy of adventure!

So, is your husband a yogi as well?

will this be your 1st time to India?

will we lose you, here, until you return?

if not, are you gonna be able to post some notes and maybe some pics?

very nice!

Namaste!

Congratulations on your trip! I've thought a lot about going to visit KYM, have you been there before? Are you studying with the 4 week intensive group in September or something else? When I found out about it the registration was already closed, unfortunately, otherwise I would love to study with them.

I will be outside of Bangalore for the month of November, possibly earlier than that if I change my tickets but those plans are in the making. Its so exciting to buy those tickets, I know exactly what you felt when you posted this!

Smiles
