iI havent been to much online the last month. After that operation in march it took me quite a while to recover and afterwords I`ve been busy doing all the things left during me recovery, today there was the feeling to check yoga forums to see what other people have been writingg during I haven`t been here.
It´s wonderful to find your message and to find my self still welcome..

Hi Nichole, sorry for the delayed reply to this message. I was without internet for a while. Great you were in Kathmndu - I went the other way and travel from Lhasa and finished in Nepal. I didn't make it to Mount Kailash though ... next time! How was it? I bet it was a great experience.
Very difficult to get back to 'reality' now.
